We only ship orders in accordance with our Shipping Policy outlined below!

Because of overwhelming demand on the heels of our SHARK TANK appearance🦈📺:

YOUR ORDER CAN TAKE BETWEEN 7-10 DAYS TO BE FULFILLED as our team prepares it --- meaning it may not ship for 7-10 days after you place it.

 During this time there will be NO TRACKING INFO available, since it has not shipped!

Delivery timelines are typical and NOT guaranteed. 

**We do not ship to PO Box addresses and accept no liability if you place an order to be shipped to a PO Box**

SHIPPING COST 📦

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $50 or more --- and $10 flat rate shipping on orders LESS than $50.

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx 2-Day shipping and all delivery timelines are typical and NOT guaranteed.  You will receive tracking info via email once available.

**We do not ship to PO Box addresses and accept no liability if you place an order to be shipped to a P.O. box.**

We typically ship packages within 7 - 10 days from an order being received, subject to the conditions above.

If you do not see it in your INBOX, your tracking number email may be hiding somewhere in your Junk or Spam folders.  Please check these before reaching out to inquire about tracking information for your order. If you did NOT provide an email address at checkout, you will NOT receive a tracking number email!**

Please Note:  We cannot cancel or make changes to an order if it has already been shipped.  We will neither refund nor reship an order in cases when the WRONG ADDRESS was entered at checkout.

SHIPPING DELAYS 😱

If we are aware of impending weather conditions such as heavy snow, hurricanes, storms, road closures etc, and/or public holidays that have the potential to impede/delay shipment or delivery of your order, we may choose, at our discretion, to hold your order and ship at the next available opportunity.

WHERE WE SHIP 🇺🇸

We offer FREE SHIPPING to any location in the 48 contiguous United States, as well as to Hawaii.  

At this time, we do NOT ship to Alaska, to APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE 🤗

When you receive your package:

  • Your signature is not required at the time of delivery and your package will be delivered without a signature.
  • Once delivered, your Shroomacon packs should immediately be placed in your freezer until you are ready to thaw and consume.
  • We are NOT responsible and will neither refund nor reship your order, if you fail to open the silver insulated mailer, and freeze your Shroomacon packs within 24 hours of their arrival.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES ❌

If you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, you can contact us to attempt to change it.  However, orders are sometimes processed immediately by our fulfillment team, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the requested address change before it is processed for shipment.  Please DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address details BEFORE completing your order!

HOW IT ARRIVES ✅

Unlike meat-based products, our mushroom bacon is safe for consumption even when shipped WITHOUT coolant!  

YOUR SHROOMACON PACKS WILL NOT SHIP WITH AN ICE PACK

If your Shroomacon packs arrive room temperature or warm, THEY ARE STILL SAFE TO CONSUME. Simply store them FROZEN until ready to prepare.

To thaw, place pack(s) of Shroomacon in a bowl of cool water for 30 minutes. Then, cook as instructed on the back of packaging!

We do NOT reship Shroomacon packs that arrive room temperature or warm since THEY ARE STILL SAFE TO CONSUME as long as the safe handling instructions above are followed.

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

ISSUES WITH YOUR DELIVERY 😥

We value your business and want you to be happy! 

  • If any products were found to be damaged upon arrival, the wrong item was shipped, or some other issue occurred with your shipment, please contact us and we will work with you to correct it.  
  • If you have any issues with your order, first find your order number, then email us at orders@meatthemushroom.com, citing your order number and issue in your email.
  • We cannot cancel or make changes to an order if it has already been shipped
  • We do NOT reship Shroomacon packs that arrive room temperature or warm since THEY ARE STILL SAFE TO CONSUME. Simply store them FROZEN until ready to prepare.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY⚖️

We are not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control or local carrier miss-scans.

We are not responsible for information provided by customers, particularly inaccurate or incomplete shipping information. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information is accurate and complete, particularly billing and shipping addresses; and for making sure that all packages are received in a timely manner, with all products immediately refrigerated or frozen upon arrival.
