- 4 plain bagels, sliced in half
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 2 cups vegan cheese, shredded
- Italian seasonings
- 6 slices of Shroomacon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place Shroomacon strips in a single layer on a PARCHMENT-LINED baking sheet. Bake strips for 17 minutes. Strips will look dark brown and crispy once baking is complete. After removing from the oven, let Shroomacon sit for 2 minutes, then chop into small pieces.
Spread a generous amount of pasta sauce on each bagel half.
Sprinkle shredded vegan cheese and Italian seasonings on top of the tomato sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and Shroomacon.
Serve hot and enjoy!
