- 2 ripe mangos, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 strips of cooked Shroomacon, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the diced mango, red onion, pepper, and jalapeño pepper.
- Add in the chopped cilantro and lime juice and mix well.
- Fold in the crumbled Shroomacon.
