  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices of Shroomacon, chopped

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with oil. Add the Shroomacon and cook for 3 minutes on each side until brown and crispy. Remove the Shroomacon from the skillet and place on paper towel to drain. Chop Shroomacon into small pieces.

  2. In the same skillet, add the Brussels sprouts, garlic and onion powder, and stir to coat the sprouts in the oil and seasoning.

  3. Cook the Brussels sprouts, stirring occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized.

  4. Add the cooked Shroomacon to the skillet and toss with the Brussels sprouts.
