- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup vegan cheese (melted)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeño peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup vegan sour cream (optional)
- 4 strips of Shroomacon, cooked and crumbled
