Shroomacon Green Beans: A Sizzling Garlic Delight!

This recipe for green beans with garlic and Shroomacon offers a perfect combination of flavors and textures.   • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 4 slices Shroomacon, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil


  1. In a skillet, cook the Shroomacon over medium heat until crispy leaving the "grease" in the skillet. Once crispy, chop into pieces.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic. It will taste bitter.
  3. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and toss to coat them with the Shroomacon grease and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Continue cooking the green beans over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until heated through and slightly tender. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the cooked Shroomacon pieces over the green beans. Toss to combine.
  6. Transfer the green beans with garlic and Shroomacon to a serving dish and serve.
